On April 28, the OTT platform released an almost four-minute video featuring small teasers for forthcoming series and films in India.
New, international adaptations, returning favourites, and unscripted series were among the four categories in the clip. While there were many interesting faces in the trailer, we were particularly drawn to the third instalments of the successful shows Mirzapur and Four More Shots Please.
The teaser, however, omitted any footage from the crime drama, which stars Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyendu Sharma, Shweta Tripathi, Harshita Gaur, Shaji Chaudhary, Rasika Dugal, and others. Rather than releasing the clip, the OTT platform announced the announcement on Instagram, complete with an Amazon blue background and the title of the show.
The cast for the third season remains the same, according to the caption. All of the performers from seasons one and two will return, including Fazal in the character of Guddu. Golu Tripathi (Shweta) will join him in avenging her sister’s death, and the dethroned don (Pankaj) will make a stunning comeback.
While Amazon Prime India has verified the actors and crew, no official release date has been revealed. Sayani Gupta, VJ Bani, Kirti Kulhari, Maanvi Gagroo, Prateik Babbar, and others star in Four More Shots Please.
The plot revolves around four women in their late twenties and early thirties who are striving to make sense of life while still prioritising their own needs. Their woes lead them to a nightclub, where they meet and create an unbreakable relationship that takes them all over the world to deal with adulthood in their own unique ways.

The sitcom, which became notable for having a female-driven storyline, was renewed for a third season early this year. The second season ended in 2020 with Siddhi (Gagroo) learning of her father’s untimely death, which brought the friends closer together. This series, like all of the previously announced shows and films, has no set release date.
Made in Heaven, starring Sobhita Dhulipala, Jim Sarbh, Arjun Mathur, Kalki Koechlin, and Shashank Arora, received a brief trailer that showed the wedding planner in action and her crew catering to large Indian weddings.
Tara (Dhulipala) and her husband Adil Khanna (Koechlin) are growing away when she learns her closest friend Faiza’s (Koechlin) romance with Adil in the second round of wedding festivities, dance numbers, and controversies. The show ended with the wedding planner receiving all of the money and jewellery as retaliation for straying behind her back, allowing her to concentrate on her career and her business partner Karan (Mathur). The show’s premiere date has yet to be determined.
Other teaser projects included Madhuri Dixit in the character of the grandmother in Anand Tiwari’s dramedy Majaa Maa and Juhi Chawla, Soha Ali Khan, Ayesha Jhulka, Kritika Kamra, Shahana Goswami, and Karishma Tanna’s drama Hush Hush. Farzi, a web series starring Shahid Kapoor that would depict him as an artist working at his grandfather’s printing press and constructing the ultimate con, has been unveiled. Sonakshi Sinha’s OTT debut in the series Dahaad, in which she would play a cop, and a docu-series on ‘Brown Munde’ singer AP Dhillon were also mentioned.
