Piers Morgan said he is “making TV history” as he announced ratings victory for his Uncensored show’s first night.
The Fiery host celebrated how he fulfilled his promise to “annoy all the right people” with his TalkTV show.
And he boasted about how his sensational interview with Donald Trump generated global headlines, while his ratings outperformed rivals BBC, Sky, and GB News.
In an opening monologue Piers said, “Last night’s show made TV history.
“Today I have been showered with equal dollops of praise and criticism.
“I promised to annoy all the right people and we are off to a flying start.”
It arrive after Prime Minister Boris Johnson told TalkTV’s Tom Newton Dunn: “We love Piers.”
Piers also hailed Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter as a “great day for free speech”.
Then he moved into the second part of his interview with Donald Trump.
