Aashiqui 2 recounts the tale of a weak vocalist Rahul (Aditya Roy Kapoor) and how he meets and falls head over heels for Aarohi (Shraddha), a lady who sings in a bar. He helps her in turning into a popular artist while he goes into a foolish mode.
