ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar on Tuesday stressed exploring close relations with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the field of trade and investment.

She expressed these views in a meeting with Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al-Zaabi here at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The State Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s close ties with the UAE in diverse fields.

UAE Ambassador to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Al-Zabi has called on Minister of State for External Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Hina Khar expressed her desire to enhance cooperation with the UAE in areas of mutual interest, including trade and investment.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Angela Aggeler met with Hina Rabbani Khar.

Hina Rabbani Khar has said that Pakistan wants to further expand bilateral relations with the United States based on mutual respect, trust and equality.
