Piers Morgan’s new talk programme Uncensored has been criticised by Caitlyn Jenner after the legendary TV show host reportedly got into a furious altercation with Donald Trump just before the interview.
The former host of Good Morning Britain shared a video of Trump storming off the set.
Trump’s representative, on the other hand, alleged that the interview’s promo was illegally modified, prompting a reaction from Jenner.
Jenner said on Twitter that she had cancelled her scheduled participation on the show due to Morgan’s “repulsive misbehaviour.”
“This is a pitiful attempt to resurrect the career of a failing television presenter using President Trump,” @TayFromCA… “I couldn’t agree with you any more,” she wrote.
“@piersmorgan Because of your abhorrent misbehaviour today, I’ve just had my management cancel my appearance with you for this Wednesday,” she wrote in a tweet.
Jenner’s remarks drew a swift response from the controversial TV host. “Hello Caitlyn,” he wrote. Wasn’t it true that you despised cancel culture? Why don’t you see the 75-minute interview I had with President Trump before you judge how I acted?”
