IPL 2022: ‘Gives Feeling Of India-Pakistan Match’, Harbhajan Singh

El Clasico of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 will be played on Thursday evening at Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai, between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings.

Both teams are at the bottom of the IPL 2022 points table, and they both need a win to stay in the playoffs.

Mumbai Indians have yet to win a game this season, while CSK has only won one.

Former India spinner Harbhajan Singh, who has played for both teams, claimed ahead of the match that the MI-CSK encounter reminds him of an India-Pakistan match.

Harbhajan Singh stated on a foreign sports channel: “After ten years in the Mumbai Indians dressing room, it felt strange to put on the CSK shirt for the first time.”

“Both teams have been very precious to me. Due to the rivalry component and the level of intensity, the match between these two IPL titans has the feel of an India-Pakistan encounter.”

“When I initially got onto the field against MI, I wished for the game to conclude quickly since there was a lot of passion and pressure in that game.”

“Fortunately, the game ended early and CSK won”, he added.

Suryakumar Yadav and Dewald Brevis both spoke about the thrill of being around the squad, as well as the challenges and opposition.

Suryakumar remarked, “People have been debating MI vs CSK for what seems like a decade now.”

“I believe it has always existed and will continue to exist because the bond between the two teams is quite special, and I believe it is a completely different environment whenever both teams take the field against each other.”

“IPL is one of the most popular T20 leagues in our family. I’d like to be completely open and honest about my family. As a result, my mum has been a Mumbai supporter since the IPL began.”

“She adores Mumbai and was overjoyed and appreciative when I was offered a job here “, says the young South African.

“My father was born in Kolkata, but the entire family has since relocated to Mumbai.”

“I still need to work on my brother, who is a CSK fan, but I believe he will come around “, he spoke about his family members’ loyalty.

Mumbai Indians have a better head-to-head record than Chennai Super Kings, having won 19 games compared to 13 for CSK.

Mumbai Indians have won the IPL five times in a row, while Chennai Super Kings have won it four times.
