Gemma Collins’ fiancé Rami Hawash has been seen without his eye patch for very first time since his ‘very serious accident’ left him needing surgery.

Earlier this month, Gemma opened up about her fiancé’s injuries, and revealed he suffered “a very serious accident.”

After his accident, Rami has sported an eye patch to protect it while he was waiting for surgery.

But he was seen without the patch as the family was ready to host an Easter party.

Gemma showed off her decorated kitchen, and Rami was enjoying his breakfast of homemade shakshuka and bread.

He looked up to the camera and smiled with his eye injury which was visible for the first time.

His eye looked swollen and closed over, Gemma told fans about accident earlier this month.

Sharing a selfie of reunited pair, Rami could be seen with a medical patch over his eye and deep gash on the bridge of his nose.

Gemma posted their picture to Instagram, saying Rami had the accident at work the week before and she would feel better about his injuries once his surgery was completed.

TV star, who is having a rough week,  told fans her mum had a near miss while driving her car.

“I missed you also guys just before I left for my tour rami had a very serious accident on his eye and nose at work he needs an operation it’s been a really weird week leading up to my tour !!!

“Also my mum drove into a ceramic plant pot display at the local garden 🪴 center !!! If you don’t laugh you would certainly cry !!! we must always remain positive poor rami as soon as his operation is done I will be able to relax properly then ”
