Meghan Markle and Prince Harry arrived in the Netherlands on Friday for the Invictus Games, and in her first appearance, she made a strong argument for all-white ensembles!
According to People magazine, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their first public appearance outside of the United States since Megxit at a reception to welcome Invictus teams and their families and friends to the Hague.
Meghan was seen in an all-white ensemble that included wide-leg slacks and an oversized jacket, according to several reports. For the event, she also wore white heels.
Prince Harry, on the other hand, went for a more traditional look, wearing a suit without a tie.
Meghan and Harry will next attend a second dignitary event sponsored by the City of The Hague and the Dutch Ministry of Defense.
On their trip to Europe, the pair stopped in the United Kingdom for a quick visit with Harry’s elderly grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, who will turn 96 next week.
Meghan and Harry’s trip to the Netherlands is their first outside of the United States since they stepped down as senior royals in March 2020.
