Emma Jones, a football broadcaster, has posted a disgusting direct message about “sniffing knickers” received to her by an idiotic fan.

The comment was sent to the MOTDx and Premier Sports presenter on Thursday in response to a selfie she shared on her Instagram story. Jones had published a photo of herself wearing a grey top and blue jeans, but she was taken aback when one of her followers commented with a snide remark about her undergarments.

She shared a screenshot of the DM to her 287,000 followers, along with the caption, “Hope you’re having a better Thursday than my DMs x.”

“Bet your nickers sniff grate mmm,” the ‘fan’ said in response to the selfie. Many of her followers criticised their conduct, with one saying, “Wow. There are some great folks on here.”

Jones, a Staffordshire University journalism graduate, also delivers coverage on Leeds TV in addition to her presenting jobs with Premier Sports and the BBC.

She co-hosts the BBC Three magazine programme MOTDx, which covers Premier League football, music, and culture, with former Tottenham Hotspur player Jermaine Jenas
