As the significance of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in content creation and fan engagement grows, cryptocurrency payments startup MoonPay has secured $87 million from more than 60 high-profile investors, including musician Justin Bieber, rapper Snoop Dogg, tennis champion Maria Sharapova, and actor Bruce Willis.

MoonPay said on Wednesday that the investments are part of the business’s Series A round, which was announced in November last year and valued the company at $3.4 billion.

Maria Sharapova announced the news on Instagram on Thursday, joking, “I’ve previously never had the reason to apply a Bieber sticker…until now.”
