A BEAUTY FAN expressed her surprise when she woke up with a crooked pout after getting lip filler – but she only had herself to blame.
Taylor-Jay, who is from the United Kingdom, posted a photo of her puffy lips after drinking alcohol immediately after getting lip filler.
But nothing could have prepared Taylor-Jane for the sight of her lips the next morning, which looked to have quadrupled in size after a night of drinking.
“When I got totally hot hours after getting my lips done despite being instructed not to drink,” she posted on TikTok.
“I didn’t anticipate anything to happen,” she continued.
And there’s no doubting that her lips appeared to be rather large…this is because alcohol may induce swelling, inflammation, and bruising.
To avoid lips swelling, experts advised waiting at least 24 hours before consuming alcohol, which Taylor-Jay did not do.
She captioned the video, “Thank God they no longer look like this.”
Taylor-video Jay’s has subsequently gone viral, with more than 58,000 views.
It wasn’t long before her social media fans joined her in the comments area.
“Hahahahahahah I’m dead,” wrote one.
A second simply penned: “Ouch!”
A third added: “This is amateur compared to mine.”
