Best Proposal Ever? Justin Baldoni – Los Angeles-based actor and filmmaker shares a throwback video of him asking his wife, Emily Foxler, to spend the rest of her life with him.
While preparing for the proposal, he wasn’t satisfied with just having a flash mob, the compulsory Bruno Mars’ “Marry Me” song or a video montage of their special memories.
As a result, Justin chose to do all three tasks – and then more!
The end result is a 27-minute long video that has been dubbed both the worst and best proposal ever.
Justin surprised his fiancée, nine years back, by telling her to go to the Blu Jam Cafe, where they had their first date.
Emily settled into the candlelit restaurant and started watching a video that begins with her boyfriend giving her an overview of what is about to happen.
He says:
“I promise I’m not standing you up. It’s the opposite of that, I love you. I’m trying to propose. And, you know, my mind being the way it is I could think of a million different ways that I want to do it. But all I know is that I want it to be special. I want it to be romantic and I want it to be something that you never forget.”
Justin and his friends, dressed in tight white tank tops, are seen lip-syncing to N’Sync, followed by Boyz II Men’s ‘I’ll Make Love To You.”

They then dress up to perform a rendition of Abba’s Dancing Queen. Then came the flashmob dance to Bruno Mars’ song, “Marry You”.
Baldoni finally approaches Emily and proclaims his love for her.
Justin shared a small clip from the proposal on his social media on his 9th proposal anniversary.
