Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has lasted more than 45 days. While Russia has shifted its forces away from Kyiv and other northern regions and toward the east and south, focused on the Donbas region, negotiations between the two countries have yet to yield any meaningful results.
Whether Russia is negotiating in good faith; which nations will provide Ukraine with security guarantees against Russia as part of the arrangement;
Will it agree to an agreement unless Russian soldiers leave its territory in Donbas? Can Ukraine persuade its own people to accept a settlement without winning “victory”?
