Katie Price swashes out on £179k pink Ferrari, in spite of not being able to drive

43-year-old Katie Price has spent around £179k on a pink Ferrari, in spite of not being able to drive.

Katie is currently banned from the road but has bought herself supercar for when she can drive again. According to one source, “Katie’s getting a pink Ferrari – it’s worth £179k and she sees it as a gift to herself after everything she’s been through. She can’t wait to get her driving license back.”

“Katie’s planning to pay for the car in instalments now she’s back to earning money again after the bankruptcy.” They added

The mum-of-five last week revealed that she was purchasing a custom made car designed by entrepreneur Lisa Marie Brown ‘the owner of the first pink Maserati and Ferrari in the UK.’

While sharing a photograph of them together alongside the flash cars, Katie told her fans:  “Good day filming with @lisamariebrown123 and she is designing my new car wooo watch the space.”

She further added: “So, today I’ve met my match, we all know I love pink. One pink to another pink… This lady here is going to be designing my next car.”

She has been banned from the roads for more than two years. She was restricted with two year of disqualification on October 2019, after withholding the identity of driver of her pink Range Rover during a crash in Bexley, South East London, and the year before.

After that she Katie got it reduced to 18 months on appeal, and it ended up being extended for further half year because of totting up by the DVLA for another speeding offence.

Then Katie flipped her BMW on a country road while under the influence, without insurance and while still disqualified, last September, and three months later, she swerved prison and was given a 16-week prison sentence, which was suspended for 12 months.

Katie was also ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the community, also 20 sessions of rehabilitation at Crawley Magistrates’ Court.

While speaking about that terrifying crash, Katie said: “I mean I can deal with a lot of things, stress, pressure, I breathe that. Behind closed doors there’s drama, no one’s life is perfect. When it hits me personally, that’s what I can’t deal with. I regret getting in the car, I could have killed someone. I could have killed myself. My kids might not have had a mum. It’s awful.”

She further added “I was rock bottom at that point. It was a wakeup call. I don’t want to be in that situation again. In fact I don’t want to be in a situation where I feel that sad inside that I need to just go and do something, be destructive and hurt people around me because I don’t know how to cope with it.”
