People are seizing the opportunity and getting tattoos of Will Smith and Chris Rock to make a permanent memory. When someone recently asked tattoo artist Jon Arton to get the iconic outburst tattooed on his calf, he found it “hilarious.”
“I thought, let’s do it. It’s hilarious,” the Birmingham tattoo artist told SWNS. “It’s quite small and discreet – if it wasn’t I probably wouldn’t have done it.”
For a piece on the strangest thing he’s been asked to do at work, Arton spoke to British radio station Heart about the tattoo.
Arton, who has been a tattoo artist for three years and specialises in hyper-realistic portraiture, said he would be delighted to help.
Arton isn’t the only one who has received an unusual request: a tattoo artist in New Jersey has also received a request for the unusual tattoo, which has shocked many people online.
Oscar Aguilar Jr. released a video of the finished product on Instagram, and it had approximately 15,000 views on TikTok as of Tuesday.
The tattoo was quickly dubbed “unnecessary,” “childish,” and “so dumb” by commenters.
“Did that not happen like two days ago?” an Instagram commenter added.

The event has also gone down in history around the world. On Instagram, Italian tattoo artist Giovanni Bracciodieta posted a photo of another contentious tattoo with the statement “Violence is never justified.”
As of Tuesday morning, the post had over 37,000 likes.
After Rock quipped that he couldn’t wait to see Jada Pinkett Smith in “G.I. Jane 2,” Smith smacked Rock on stage at the Oscars.
Pinkett’s hair loss ailment, alopecia, was referenced by Rock. Last year, she shaved her head.
The slap has since gone viral, and memes have quickly taken over social media.
“Saturday Night Live” also mocked the slap in a sketch taking place at the Oscars, as well as on “Weekend Update” and in host Jerrod Carmichael’s opening monologue.
“I think we should just acknowledge that that is one of the craziest things we will ever see in our lives. It’s truly like the Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction, but if Janet’s nipple slapped Timberlake,” Colin Jost joked on “Weekend Update.”
Smith apologised openly on Instagram and resigned from the Academy.
