“I went into the kitchen and saw a bomb coming towards my window. It was all so quick I didn’t know what was happening. I just saw it flying towards me.”
It was a pleasant morning in in the eastern Ukrainian region of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, when a bomb crashed into Olena Selichzianowa’s home, she pulled both her twin boys beneath them in order to protect them from the shards of the bomb.
The whole family was blinded and injured by the fragments of the pieces from the bombs which hit them in the face and arms, meanwhile it is also reported that the mother’s leg was broken too.
