Maths geek in all over the world celebrates a rare date yesterday. Experts call such rare dates as ‘Palindrome date’. However, the 02/02/2020 date is a different one.
Geeks celebrate the day yesterday as the date 02/02/2020 reads the same way from back to front and from front to back.
This date reads the same when written in month-day-year order, the order followed in the US. It is also the same when written in the day-month-year order that is followed in most of the countries.
Also, the date is spelled the same when written in Chinese order when the year is written first.
Palindrome was noticed last time on 11 November 1111.
Surprisingly, the next international palindrome date is not too far. It will be on 12 December 2021.
