A car owner was fined Rs 20,000 by the Ghaziabad Traffic Police after a video was circulated on social media showing a bunch of youth dancing on the roof of the vehicle.

Two of the teenagers were seen dancing on the car’s top in a video uploaded on Twitter. Two of the teenagers were spotted on top of the automobile, while two more were observed filming the incident.

A Twitter user Prashant Kumar said while posting the video of the incident. He also tagged Ghaziabad Police in the tweet, with the caption, “Meanwhile in Ghaziabad, a group of boys, visibly drunk, dancing on the roof of their car on the Delhi-Meerut expressway. Hope @ghaziabadpolice makes them dance to their tunes in the lockup sooner.”

According to Ghaziabad Traffic Police tweeted, “Taking cognizance of the complaint received on Twitter, a total challan of Rs 20,000 was slapped against the said vehicle owner for violating traffic rules.”
