Famous Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has been summoned by photographer Josiah Kamau as the Singer uploaded photo of himself with American actress Hailey Bieber on his Instagram handle without crediting Kamau for his work.
According to Radar’s report, the court documentation have been emerged in which the photographer has filed complaint against the pop star for being involved in violation.

“In result of Bieber’s felony, photographer has been substantially harmed.” Photographer’s attorney mentioned that the Grammy winner singer “received a financial benefit” by the use of picture.
It has been mentioned in court that there has not been a particular amount of damage for the picture posted on Bieber’s IG account, having almost 1.8 million likes.
Whereas the pop star has recently drop around $20 million defamation lawsuit against two accusers who claimed that singer sexually assaulted them.
