Have you ever witnessed a snake being rescued? And a very lethal one at that? A video of workers from a non-governmental organisation saving a cobra has been uploaded on Twitter from Nashik, Maharashtra.
A news organisation published it. According to the media, the clip shows a rope with a hook being lowered into the abandoned well. With its hood lifted, the snake perches on the rope, ready to strike at any moment. On the other hand, the volunteers continue to drag the rope out to safety.
