Fans spotted a tell-tale sign in a photo from KHLOE Kardashian’s Good American party, accusing her of getting ANOTHER nose job.
Kardashian fans flocked to Reddit to discuss their theories that Khloe, 37, has undergone another surgery.
Khloe went all out to celebrate her brand Good American’s collaboration with Revolve earlier this week.
Remi Bader, an Instagram influencer, posted a video of Khloe hugging her at the party.
Fans rushed to Reddit shortly after Remi posted the video to point out that Khloe’s nose looked different.
SPOTTING THE SIGN
The original Reddit user posted a screenshot from the Instagram video with the caption, “WHAT DID SHE DO TO HER NOSE. It appears to be Cindy Lou Who.”
Others noticed that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum’s nose appeared smaller and more pointed than usual.
“It’s called getting four nose jobs until your nose is about to fall off,” one person said. Maybe if you had a passion for plastic surgery, you’d understand what it takes to have half your nose removed, but you don’t!”
“At some point, she’ll be left with only her nostrils,” said another.
Another Reddit user expressed concern for Khloe, while another added, “How is it possible to change your face so much like this doesn’t make sense lol.”
A fan who followed the Kardashians expressed their concern for the entire family.
“I am so concerned about their later-in-life surgeries,” they wrote. They’re completely terrified of Joan Riversing themselves into oblivion.”
NOSE JOB
Khloe confirmed she previously had a nose job back in June 2021.
During the KUWTK reunion special, the mother of one discussed her previous plastic surgeries with host Andy Cohen.
She stated: “Everyone tells me, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’
“I’ve already had one nose job!”
She went on, saying: “Everyone becomes enraged, as if to say, “Why don’t I talk about it?” Nobody has ever asked me! You’re the first person to ever ask me about my nose in an interview.
“Sure, I’ve had injections. Botox isn’t really a thing. I’ve had a terrible reaction to Botox.”

Fans rushed to Reddit after Khloe shared a recent video of an intense workout, wondering if she was okay.
“I know Khloe seems very happy with her body lately, and I’m happy for her, but I can’t help but be concerned when she posts these stories because she’s so skinny so suddenly?” one user wrote while posting screenshots from the video.
Others wondered if Khloe’s weight loss was related to her ex Tristan Thompson’s love child scandal.
Tristan, 31, and fitness model Maralee Nichols, 31, welcomed a son named Theo in December.
At the time of the affair, the athlete was in an exclusive relationship with Khloe, with whom he shares three-year-old daughter True.
