A BEAUTY queen who competed in a ‘Miss Hitler’ pageant and was jailed for being a member of the far-right terror group National Action could be back on the streets in a matter of months.

Alice Cutter, 25, was imprisoned for three years in 2020 for belonging to a banned neo-Nazi terrorist organisation.

However, after serving only 19 months of her sentence, the extremist has been granted a parole hearing later this month.

She was one of four “diehard” supporters found guilty, and if her appeal is successful, she could be back on the streets this summer.

Cutter is currently being held in solitary confinement at HMP New Hall in West Yorkshire, near the village of Flockton.

The court heard during her trial that the waitress joked about gassing synagogues and using a Jew’s head as a football.

“We can confirm the parole review of Alice Cutter has been referred to the Parole Board by the Secretary of State for Justice and is scheduled for a hearing in late March,” a spokesman for the Parole Board said.

“Parole Board decisions are solely based on what risk a prisoner poses to the public if released and whether that risk is manageable in the community.”

“A panel will carefully examine a massive amount of evidence, including details of the original crime and any evidence of behaviour change, as well as the harm done and the impact the crime has had on the victims.”

“In the run-up to an oral hearing, members read and digest hundreds of pages of evidence and reports.”

“At the hearing, witnesses such as probation officers, psychiatrists and psychologists, officials supervising the offender in prison, and victim personal statements are presented.”

“The prisoner and witnesses are then interrogated extensively during the hearing, which can last a full day or more.”

“Parole reviews are carried out thoroughly and with great care.” Our top priority is to keep the public safe.”

If the Parole Board does not immediately release Cutter, they have the option of downgrading her to an open prison where she will be eligible for day release.

Cutter was the organization’s “central spoke,” and he entered the competition to drive recruitment.

She was a “trusted confidante” of one of the group’s leaders and competed in the Miss Hitler beauty pageant as Miss Buchenwald, a reference to a World War II death camp.

Despite attending rallies proclaiming “Hitler was right,” she has denied ever being a member of National Action.
