Queen Elizabeth is happy to show use of wheelchair

Queen Elizabeth has been turning away from the spotlight as her mobility deteriorates, with rumours that the monarch is now compelled to use a wheelchair, although she is ‘too proud’ to be seen in one, according to Express UK.

According to royal analyst Christopher Biggins, who spoke to GB News, the 95-year-old monarch, who missed the Commonwealth Day ceremony last week owing to her health, does not want to reveal her vulnerability in public.

Biggins stated, “I have heard the reason she’s not doing a lot of the events she should be doing is because she’s in a wheelchair. She doesn’t want to be seen, because she’s very proud.”

“She’s very proud and she’s been like this for the whole of her life. She’s been the most wonderful monarch,” he further added.

The remarks came only days after it was revealed that the Queen is terrified of being seen in a wheelchair because it reminds her of the ‘haunting’ picture of her sister Princess Margaret in one months before her death.

Biggins also pointed to the Queen’s deteriorating health, saying, “It’s so very sad and I hope she is able to make her anniversary celebrations.”
