At least six people have been killed and seven more have been injured in a recent killing spree in New Orleans.
A 73-year-old woman died on Monday after being pulled from her automobile by four teenagers who dragged her until her arm was cut.
On Wednesday, a 14-year-old kid died after being discovered with several gunshot wounds.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, medics brought the kid to the hospital, where he subsequently died.
His name has not been revealed, and no information about the suspects has been provided.

SHOOTING INCIDENT
In a second incident, a man and a woman who have not been recognised were discovered with gunshot wounds near a highway crossroads.
According to WWLTV, the woman was rushed to the hospital, while the male was pronounced dead at the spot.
On Thalia Street, two victims — a guy and a female – were discovered shot.
The extent of their injuries is unknown, however the man was transported to the hospital in a private vehicle.
According to cops, the lady sustained a graze to her leg, while the male was harmed in an “undisclosed region of the body.”
The victims’ ages are unclear, and detectives have not released any information on probable suspects, according to NOLA.
According to a News agency, cops discovered a guy dead in a car in the Central City area, while another victim was discovered in New Orleans East.
The identity of the victims have not been published, and officials have not provided any information regarding suspects.
According to a news agency, one individual was killed in a shooting on Lafron Drive.
CAR-THEFT
Linda Frickey died after being pulled by her own 2021 Nissan Kicks automobile as youngsters attempted to steal it.
Frickey was dragged for “quite some time,” according to NOPD Superintendent Shaun Ferguson, at a press conference.
She died before first responders could transport her to the hospital.
According to Ferguson, a 17-year-old boy, a 16-year-old girl, and two 15-year-old females will face second-degree murder charges.
According to police, they were able to flee with the car before being apprehended.
According to the police superintendent, the parents of two of the adolescents phoned detectives to turn them in.
Frickey became entangled in her seatbelt after being shoved out of the SUV, according to witnesses.

Frickey’s sister-in-law Kathy Richard told WDSU: “It is disgusting. You have a 73-year-old woman just at her job. Putting things in the car. They dragged her. No forethought. It dismembered her. Why? “
“She was just a good person.”

“Complete reckless abandonment, no respect for human life,” neighbour Todd Ecker said.
The incident is one of numerous that have occurred in the United States during this year’s Spring Break season.
During the last weekend of the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, one person was murdered during a car show in Dumas, Arkansas, and four others were hospitalised with minor injuries.
On Sunday, ten individuals were injured as gunfire erupted in Dallas.
After five individuals were shot over the weekend in Miami Beach, a state of emergency will be announced on Thursday.
Following the violence caused by overcrowding over Spring Break, officials announced on Monday that South Beach would be subjected to a midnight curfew.
According to the NYPD, 29 persons were shot between Friday and Sunday in 24 distinct instances.
According to New York City crime figures up to March 13, there were 217 gunshot victims in the Big Apple, an increase of 11% from the previous year.
Shots were fired outside a Queens nightclub on Saturday, injuring two city Corrections officers.
At the time of the incident, the cops were not on duty.
In addition, four gunshots were recorded within four hours on Friday night in upper Manhattan and the Bronx.
