KATIE PRICE and her fiance Carl Woods appeared in court today after he was charged with using threatening, abusive, or insulting language or behaviour.

Woods, 33, who is engaged to the former glamour model, was arrested last month under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.

He arrived at Colchester Magistrates’ Court this morning, following an incident on August 22, 2021 in Little Canfield.

Carl and Katie entered the courtroom hand-in-hand today to attend his hearing.

It comes just two days after Woods was photographed giving Price a cheeky squeeze on Price’s bum while they kissed and cuddled in the sea in Thailand.

The couple was on a romantic vacation in South East Asia when things got steamy as they frolicked in the water.

While they’ve been away, the couple has sparked rumours that she’s pregnant.

Carl was previously seen tenderly stroking her stomach as they relaxed by their complex’s swimming pool.

Harvey, 19, is the former glamour model’s first child with former footballer Dwight Yorke, Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, are from her first marriage to Peter Andre, and Jett, 8, and Bunny, 7, are from her third marriage to Kieran Hayler.

But she’s already stated that she and fiance Carl want more than one child.

Carl’s court appearance coincides with Price’s own legal troubles.

She was charged with harassment last week after sending a message to Michelle Penticost in which she referred to her as a “gutter s**g.”

The maximum prison term for the harassment charge is five years.

However, she could face an additional 16 weeks in prison because the offence occurred just a month after she was sentenced to a suspended jail term for a drunk-driving accident.

In 2019, the former glamour model launched a tirade at the school gates against flight attendant Michelle, 39, and was later convicted of using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress.

She was issued a five-year restraining order that barred her from contacting Michelle.

Price, on the other hand, is said to have texted Kieran, 34, in January, calling Michelle a “c***ing w***e piece of s***” and a “gutter s**g.”

On January 21, she was arrested and held in a cell for 12 hours.
