According to his death certificate acquired by TMZ, actor Moses J. Moseley died from a gunshot wound to the head. He was most known for his part in the zombie apocalypse series The Walking Dead.
Moseley’s cause of death was only revealed nearly two months after his untimely death. Officials were unable to determine if the actor died by accident, suicide, or homicide, according to the certificate.
The 31-year-old actor was discovered dead in the Hudson Bridge region of Stockbridge, Georgia, after his family filed a missing person’s report and traced his car in January. He played Danai Gurira on AMC’s series from 2012 to 2015.
“Moses was loved by so many, and adored his friends, family, and fans,” the actor’s rep Tabatha Minchew said in a statement following his death.
