My date lied on his Hinge bio, then charged me an exorbitant amount for our outing – I blocked him

A FRUSTRATED woman has resorted to the internet to complain about a bad Hinge date she had.

She claimed the man lied about several major aspects of his background and then sought to charge her for the dinner after she declined a second date with him.

Kelly, the woman, told her story in a series of three films that she posted online.

She stated in the first video that the man was 6 ft 3 in tall and worked at a “major capital investment firm” according to his Hinge biography.

Kelly stated she dressed to the nines for the date and meeting such a well-known man.

“I showed up with faux fur, this long black dress, hair done – I looked wonderful,” she said.

Kelly, on the other hand, couldn’t say the same of her match.

“He shows here in 23-degree temperatures with a short-sleeve button-down Hawaiian shirt, sloppy khakis, and greasy hair,” she grumbled.

Kelly went on to say that because the man chose an expensive restaurant, she selected the second-cheapest item on the menu so as not to put him in a financial bind.

The chat was “great,” she stated in her next video, but she realized he reportedly lied about his age, where he lived, and his employment.

“Red flags I should have paid more attention to, I should have ended the date there,” she admitted before adding that they eventually went to grab drinks together that she paid for.

Describing her feelings after they finally went their separate ways, she said: “At that point, I was like: ‘I would not be mad if I never heard from this man ever again.'”

Unfortunately for Kelly, her date felt the opposite way – and allegedly became quite pushy when she turned him down.
