SARGODHA: A man sexually abused a woman for refusing his marriage proposal near Yousaf Park in Sargodha, Bol news reported on Sunday.
The suspect, Aakash Asghar, used to work with Dilruba Rehmat, a resident of Yousaf Park area, at a private company. The suspect had proposed Dilruba for marriage, which was refused by the latter.
The maddened man barged into house of the woman and subjected her to sexual abuse. The victim is a divorcee and lives with her three children. She has filed a complaint at Satellite Town police station.

Police said rape had been established in the medical report. They said raids were being conducted to arrest the suspect and they believed that soon the Asghar would be behind the bars.
On November 20, 2021, a 10-year-old was raped and killed in Khairpur district.
The victim, a Hindu boy, had gone missing from the Babarlu Bypass area since evening of November 19, 2021. Relatives of the child had started searching for him, but to no avail. In the night, they had found the boy’s tortured body from a vacant plot in the area.
According to initial report of the police, the boy was sexually abused before he was murdered. The police had said the boy was strangulated using a rope.
