Xiaomi has announced the Redmi K50 Pro, a device that falls below the Redmi K50 Gaming in the Redmi K50 range. The Redmi K50 Pro has the same 6.67-inch OLED display as the Redmi K50 and measures 163.1 x 76.15 x 8.48 mm. Moreover, Xiaomi includes the Dimensity 9000, a 4 nm SoC with Cortex-X2, Cortex-A710, and Cortex-A510 CPU cores, as well as a Mali-G710 GPU, in the Redmi K50 Pro. The Xiaomi Dimensity 9000 comes with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, as well as a 5,000 mAh battery. The Redmi K50 Pro does, however, enable 120 W wired fast charging but not wireless or reverse wireless charging.

The Redmi K50 Pro comes with an ISOCELL HM2 primary camera, along with the ultra-wide-angle, macro and front-facing cameras from the Redmi K40S and Redmi K50. While Xiaomi boasts that the Redmi K50 Pro has a 108 MP camera with OIS, it is the same sensor found in the Redmi Note 11 Pro, Redmi Note 11 Pro+ and the Redmi K40 Pro+.

The Redmi K50 Pro comes with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage and costs CNY 2,999 (US$472). Xiaomi, on the other hand, costs CNY 3,299 ($519) for 256 GB of storage and CNY 3,599 ($567) for 12 GB of RAM. Finally, Xiaomi has launched a 12 GB RAM/512 GB storage option that costs CNY 3,999 (US$630). For comparison, Xiaomi also sells the Xiaomi 12 for the same price with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
