Dozens have been killed in Ukrainian Town

Residents in Kyiv’s Bucha suburb did not begin the year expecting their streets to be the site of Europe’s most violent combat in centuries.

They must now excavate mass graves for the dozens of people murdered in the two-week ‘Battle of Bucha’ between Russian and Ukrainian soldiers.

A heartbreaking and comprehensive video shows dozens of individuals being bagged and buried outside the town’s Church of St. Andrew Pervozvannoho.

According to the individual who uploaded the video on Facebook, no identification, crosses, or memorials have been placed for the deceased.

’67 citizens were buried in a mass grave on the grounds of Bucha’s municipal church,’ stated Andriy Levkivskyi.

‘They were distinct, but no one can be identified.’ ‘No crosses are placed on mass graves.’
A small group of guys can be seen in the video offloading stacks of dead in black bags into a big ditch near to the church.

They speak nothing and appear sad as they methodically stack bodies on top of one other in a tidy row.

It’s unclear where the victims died or under what conditions, but they most certainly perished during the two-week-long Battle of Bucha, which began late last month.

Russia has seized control of a neighbourhood just north of Kyiv since Monday.

The horrific footage was released as the civilian death toll in Ukraine continues to increase and a quick conclusion to the fighting appears improbable.

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) confirmed 691 civilian fatalities since the invasion began on February 24, although the genuine figure is estimated to be far higher.

Indeed, the number of people murdered in Mariupol is currently estimated to be about 1,200.
