Mohammad Hafeez, a former national team captain, feels Shaheen Afridi has a great future as a captain and exceptional leadership qualities, but that he should not overwork himself by playing in “every league.”

Shaheen is a rising star in international cricket, according to Hafeez, who is currently in Bangladesh to play in the Dhaka Premier League.

Shaheen’s captaincy career has gotten off to a great start, according to Hafeez, who believes the young bowler has a bright future as a captain and remarkable leadership qualities.

Hafeez, on the other hand, raised concern over the cricketer’s workload.

“I believe he [Shaheen Afridi] should focus on his fitness and not take part in every league,” Hafeez said.

On a question about his international cricket career, Hafeez stated, “I am not thinking about my future and coaching at this time; I am rather careful in moving forward following a method; I will surely consider coaching; nevertheless, I am enjoying cricket at the moment.”
