VICKY Pattison showed off her MASSIVE rock on Instagram today, her first return to the social media platform since quitting last week.
The 34-year-old reality star flashed her engagement ring while also openly admitting her reason for returning to the ‘toxic’ platform – money.

Vicky, known for her straightforward, no-nonsense demeanour, told her followers that the break was beneficial but that she needed to be on social media for business reasons.
“The little break from social was PRECISELY what the doctor ordered guys!!” she wrote alongside a smiling photo of herself flashing her dazzling jewel.
“I would have liked it to have been a little bit longer, but to be completely honest with you all, this platform is inextricably linked to my career—to how I make money essentially—and my lovely agent bought me as much time off as she could bless her.”
Vicky, on the other hand, admitted she was glad to be back.
“I was happy to come back- I feel well rested, positive, stronger and more capable of dealing with the toxicity that unfortunately comes with social media,” she explained.
“So, negative nellys, come at me!!!” (Actually, please don’t; I’ll still be overly sensitive and will probably block you and cry.)”
Vicky also promised to prioritise her mental health in the future and to take regular breaks from social media if necessary.
“Thankyou so much for all your lovely messages of kindness and support- there really are some gorgeous people on here and for you I am truly grateful,” the former I’m A Celeb… jungle queen, who announced her engagement to fiance Ercan Ram last month, added.
“I’m going to try to do regular digi-detoxes in the future, just to make sure I’m not letting the world of Instagram consume me.”
Fans were also overjoyed to see her return.
One person wrote: “You look fantastic. It’s so nice to see your happy face again, I’ve missed you but I’m glad it’s made you feel better xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox”
Another user simply typed “BAE” followed by a string of fire emojis.
Vicky announced her retirement from social media last week, citing exhaustion with the “toxicity.”
The newly engaged brunette stated that trolls on Instagram have recently made her feel like she “can’t win,” adding, “I feel like there’s an anger to this platform now more than ever.”
Vicky explained that she is taking a break from her 5 million followers, just weeks after sharing the joyous news of her engagement.
Sharing a photo with the caption “”Temporarily closed for spiritual maintenance,” Vicky captioned it, adding, “The world is angry right now- I get it… I am as well, but projecting your fear, uncertainty, and hatred onto well-meaning people on social media is not an appropriate outlet for your pain.
“I just don’t think I can win right now, and I don’t think trying is the best way to spend my time… If I’m curvier, I’ve ‘let myself go,’ but if I lose weight, I look ‘ill,’ and I’m no longer a ‘curvy woman advocate.’
“If I do a post regarding my normal life or something fun or lighthearted I’m a ‘disgrace & should be ashamed of myself’ because of what’s going on in Ukraine however if I proactively try to do my bit then ‘where was my support for Syria?’ Or my effort isn’t good enough!!
“This dialogue is exhausting! And for someone like me, who’s really just trying to spread some love, light & positivity- it’s too much.”
