Xiaomi is all set to launch its new Redmi K50 series smartphone today. The Redmi K50 series includes three smartphones- Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Pro, and Redmi K50 Pro+ and is all set to launch in China.

Specifications
The Redmi K50 Pro+ will be the most premium device of the series and will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. A 2K Samsung AMOLED display will be available on the device. The pixel density of the smartphone is 526ppi. It is expected that the device will feature a 6.67-inch punch-hole display and 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of camera setup, the K50 Pro+ will feature a triple camera setup at the rear. The K50 Pro+ is powered by a 5000mAh battery along with 120W fast charging.
All the smartphones are expected to have Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers. The connectivity features include GPS, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, IR blaster, Bluetooth etc. While the Redmi K50 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 the Redmi K50 Pro is has a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. The pricing of the devices is expected to be competitive in terms of its rivals in the smartphone market.
We expect to know more about the device at the launch event. We are quite hopeful that the Redmi K50 series will launch in India after the launch is China.
The Redmi K50 Gaming smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset along with Adreno 730 GPU. The device gets upto 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
