A video of a cake fall at a Christian wedding has gone popular on social media, but it isn’t what it appears to be.
The hotel staff was playing a prank on a couple. The video was posted on Instagram and it gained over 2 million views and 151k likes.
The bride and groom can be seen in the video waiting for their tiered wedding cake to arrive. When staff arrives with the cake it ‘mistakenly’ falls to the floor. The couple was taken aback when their cake was dropped by the staff, but they tried to laugh it off.

However, the huge twist is revealed a few minutes later when the staff arrives with the actual wedding cake. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Later, the couple cut the cake and danced.
