KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Monday informed that as many as 125 new cases of corona virus were detected all the province in last 24 hours – during the test of 9,136 samples.
He said that the Sindh province has tested 68,1680 samples up till now, adding that the total provincial casualities now stands at 7,627. Only one person died and 12 recovered in last 24 hours. The total recovery number of corona patients stand at 462,823.
The chief minister said that 5,430 patients are under treatment including 17 in isolation centers. “134 patients are in different hospitals and 131 of them are critically ill – 10 are on ventilator.”
CM Shah said that of the new 125 cases, 35 belongs to Karachi, 14 from Hyderabad, 13 from Shaheed Benazirabad, 10 from Sanghar, 9 from Mityari, 8 each from NausheroFeroze and Tando Muhammad Khan,7 from Jamshoro, 4 from Badin, Larkana and Tharparkar, and three from MirpurKhas, Umarkot and Tando Allah Yar.
