A terrifying video of an elephant attacking a safari truck has made rounds on social media.
In the video, people sitting in the truck, a group of EcoTraining instructors and trainees, can be seen running away in fear as the animal rushes towards them. According to reports, the film was shot in Limpopo’s Selati Game Reserve.
The safari was going as per plan when the truck came across a breeding herd of elephants. When one of the pachyderms charged the vehicle, the guides on the truck could be seen motioning for the passengers to flee while shouting, “Get out!”

Some even dumped their accessories as they run. The elephant attacked the vehicle and pushed it to one side with its trunk. The video gained over 1,000 views so far.
The clip was shared on Twitter with the caption “Too much intrusion will take your life in Wilderness. However, wild animals keep on forgiving us for a long. #responsible_tourism especially wildlife tourism should be educational rather recreational,”
