South Korean series that broke Squid Game’s all-time high record for the most-watched series on Netflix, Hellbound, is all set to get a second season as shared by the director.

Director for the series, Yeon Sang-ho reveals that he will be working on a second season for the most-watched series on Netflix right now. The news came out a week after the first season premiered on Netflix and turned out to be a huge success.

The director also shared that the sequel will have ‘something new’ and that the director will try his hand at a ‘new approach’ when producing the sequel. And while we don’t have a concrete date and time set for the sequel, a webtoon will be released somewhere in the second half of 2022 and fans just can’t keep calm!
