Appearing on Shahista Lodhi’s morning show, which by the way, has returned, the seasoned actress spilled beans on the last Bollywood offer she’d gotten. While she didn’t reveal the name of the film itself, but the details were enough to make us guess what film she was talking about.

The Zebaish star shared that she was offered the role to play Anil Kapoor’s wife but because of miscommunication in the scripting process, she had to decline. The role was then taken up by Shefali Shah.
The only film that featured Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah as a married couple in the last decade is Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do. Featuring Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Farhan Akhtar among others.
