Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and his sister Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari, released around 300 baby green turtles at the Hawkes bay Beach Karachi.

On the occasion Bilawal said“We must preserve and protect these turtle and we wanted to show they really cared about the species.”

He also visited the turtles’ nursery and met the staff deployed at the facility that annually releases thousands of baby turtles.

Bilawal told the officials of the Sindh Wildlife Department that he would ask the provincial government to immediately resolve the issues being faced by the department, which include a lack of resources and a shortage of employees.
