American actor Steve Martin was left bewildered after seeing his doppelganger in a viral video Netizens were enthralled to see a dog nestle close to a man who resembled Martin.
Retweeting the video, Martin wrote, “I am relieved to find out this is not me. I was starting to doubt my sanity.”
The actor’s doppelgänger was seen in the video sitting on a couch with a dachshund on his lap. The man clicked its pictures and covered it with a blanket.
An American journalist, uploaded the clip on Twitter to get Martin’s attention. According to Vanderpool, the video is from a series called “Dads with Dogs They Didn’t Want,” reminding people of how reluctant parents would be to bring pets back home. As time passes, paw parents cement their bond with the pets.
“A man who looks like Steve Martin, in a garden, care to this dachshund is precisely what I need this morning,” Vanderpool posted on Twitter. This appears to be part of a series called “Dads with Dogs They Didn’t Want.”
Steve also took Twitter and reposted the Vanderpool tweet by saying “I am relieved to find out this is not me. I was starting to doubt my sanity”
