KARACHI: The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced the 5th weekly frequency to Toronto with direct flights from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, the airline tweeted.
PIA resumed direct flights to Toronto, Canada in June this year, as the Canadian officials had allowed air traffic between the two destinations.

The operations had earlier been restricted to cargo only on Pakistan to Canada routes due to a surge in the Covid-19 cases. However, other travel -related advisories pertaining to Canada still remain in place. In the first phase, PIA started three direct flights/week from Pakistan to Toronto.
