Google Photos’ nude-friendly ‘Locked Folder’ hitting iOS in 2022

The search engine giant, Google is constantly improvising its privacy and safety tools. The company recently announced in a blog post, that it is all set to roll out its ‘locked Folder’ feature in iOS next year. Apart from Google One’s VPN and Pixel’s security hub, the new Locked Folder is ready to be part of none other than the iOS. The plan was further discussed in the blog post by Google where it detailed its security plans.

Google’s Locked Folder helps Pixel users hide sensitive and confidential information, along with photos and videos. Google Photos users on iOS will get to protect their personal images such as, nudes in the secure folder. The feature is reported to be launched early next year.

Google One’s VPN service, on the other hand, is going to be available to most of the Scandinavian countries, this week. Furthermore, Google has confirmed to launch Security Hub, which was first introduced in its Pixel phones, on all android phones in the coming days.
