If you are an iPhone user and are thinking about changing your phone, you may face trouble in WhatsApp backup.
According to details, an update has been shared by WhatsApp watchdog WABetainfo according to which users have been asked to ensure proper backup of their chats before they switch their iPhone.
WABetainfo tweeted, “If you want to switch to a new iPhone, be careful: you must be sure that there isn’t any issue restoring your chat history. Unfortunately, this is a very common issue and it has not been fixed yet since YEARS,”
It also mentioned that the full iCloud backup is safer than the one from WhatsApp.
