Mainly hot and dry weather is expected due to heatwaves this week in different areas.
According to the press release by Pakistan Meteorological Department, Sindh, Southern Punjab, Eastern & Southern Balochistan will remain in the grip of very hot and dry weather from Tuesday to Saturday. Temperatures are also likely to rise in most sub-mountainous areas of the country.
Dust-raising winds are expected in Sindh and Balochistan during the period.
Day temperatures are expected to remain above normal (04-06°C) in most plain areas.
Heatwave is expected in Karachi and nearby areas as hot to very hot weather is expected to prevail from today to Saturday.

Heat wave conditions will persist over the districts of Sindh, Balochistan and south Punjab. Dry weather in other parts of the country today (Wednesday).
