On Thursday, TikTok star Jannat Mirza said that she was relieved after PTA imposed a ban on the Chinese-owned app TikTok in Pakistan.

Jannat became the most followed TikTok star with 10 million followers a day before the ban was imposed on the video-sharing app.

Mirza uploaded a picture on her Instagram account today, on which a user asked if she was relieved after the ban was imposed or not. To which she responded,
“han na ofc. [Yes, ofcourse]

She captioned the new picture as,
“Bachpan me akele rehne se dar lagta tha .. aaj ussi akelepan me sakoon milta hai [In my childhood, I felt afraid of being alone, however, now I find peace in this solitude].
