Batting first, Australia scored 221 runs for 9 wickets in 50 overs after Pakistan won the toss and chose to field. Beth Mooney starred with a brilliant 109-run innings, while Alana King supported her with an unbeaten 51 runs, helping Australia reach a defendable total.

Other Australian batters struggled against Pakistan’s bowlers. Captain Alyssa Healy made 20, Kim Garth 11, and Phoebe Litchfield 10 runs. Ellyse Perry and Tahlia McGrath could only manage 5 runs each.

For Pakistan, Nashra Sandhu bowled impressively, taking 3 wickets, while Fatima Sana and Ramin Shamim claimed 2 wickets each. Diana Baig and Sadia Iqbal took one wicket apiece.

In reply, Pakistan’s batting lineup collapsed for just 114 runs in 36.3 overs. Sidra Ameen top-scored with 35 runs, while Ramin Shamim made 15 and Nashra Sandhu and Fatima Sana added 11 each.

Australia’s bowlers dominated the innings. Kim Garth took 3 wickets, while Megan Schutt and Annabel Sutherland picked up 2 wickets each, sealing a commanding win for their team.
