Pakistan has achieved a remarkable feat at the ongoing Asian Bodybuilding Championship in Thailand, with two of its athletes clinching gold medals. This impressive performance highlights the dedication and talent present in the country’s bodybuilding community.

The fifth day of the championship proved to be a golden one for Pakistan. In the 75 kg category, Farasat Ali from Multan claimed the top spot, earning a well-deserved gold medal. His victory is particularly inspiring, as highlighted by Sohail Anwar, secretary of the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation. Anwar stated that Farasat works at a puncture repair shop in Multan, a testament to his sheer determination and hard work in the face of challenges.

The second gold medal was won by Aijaz Khan in the Masters category. The 51-year-old from Peshawar proved that age is just a number by dominating the 80 kg category and securing a gold medal for Pakistan. His win is a source of great pride and an inspiration for aspiring athletes across the country.

These victories not only bring prestige to the nation but also shed light on the incredible potential of athletes who often train and compete with limited resources. Their success is a clear message that with passion and perseverance, anything is possible.
