KARACHI: The Karachi city continues to experience hot and humid weather today, according to the latest meteorological report.
The minimum temperature recorded was 29°C, maximum temperature reached 35°C, humidity in the air was measured at 75% and southwesterly winds are blowing at a speed of 12 km/h.
Residents are advised to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during peak hours.
A south-westerly winds is currently blowing at 12 kilometers per hour across the city. While the skies will remain partly cloudy, light drizzle is expected in the morning and evening.
Looking ahead, the meteorological department has warned that monsoon winds are expected to affect Sindh, including Karachi, starting from July 18. This will lead to heavy rainfall in Karachi between July 19 and 20.
