Karachi: The Meteorological Department has announced that Karachi can expect two to three spells of rainfall throughout July, with light showers anticipated between July 9 and 11.
Meteorologist Anjum Nazeer highlighted that mid-July is likely to bring these rain episodes, which may also extend to some parts of Sindh.
Currently, the monsoon system is influencing the northern regions of the country, causing heavy rainfall in upper and northeastern Punjab. In the past 24 hours, Chirat recorded 92mm of rain, indicating active monsoon activity in the area.

She assured the public that there is no immediate threat of a cloudburst in any part of the country. Residents are advised to stay updated with official weather reports as the monsoon season continues to impact various regions across Pakistan.
