On Sunday, earthquake tremors were felt in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and its surrounding areas, triggering panic among residents.
According to the National Seismological Center in Islamabad, the quake measured 4.1 on the Richter scale and occurred at a depth of 15 kilometers. The tremors were strong enough to be noticed in nearby regions.
Fortunately, no significant loss of life or property has been reported. However, authorities remain vigilant and are assessing any potential damage.
